Our programs are designed specifically for kids grades K-5th, regardless of prior experience. In our programs, kids embark on a journey of learning and practicing lifting exercises with a emphasis on mastering proper form and using appropriate weights. Ready to Start Lifting Weights?

Little Lifters is Mighty Movement’s introductory program designed for kids in grades 3rd-5th. Lifters have two weekly group classes dedicated to learning and practicing age-appropriate strength training exercises.

Our classes are all about getting new lifters to experience the fundamentals of weightlifting starting with the lightest weights and most basic movements, then progressing to heavier weights when they’re ready. Lifters receive personalized instruction and constructive feedback from our professional coaches in a non-competitive and positive environment.

Experience an explosion of strength and power by integrating athletic movements including squats, sprints, jumps and so much more! We coach to each child’s individual abilities to ensure we build them up, not break them down.
